Delivery Times

The approximate delivery times are as follows. The real delivery time depends on the local courier. The tracking status might not be updated until it is in process of customs clearance or it is cleared by your local customs.

UK: 7 – 15 business days
USA: 7 – 15 business days
Australia: 10 – 20 business days
Canada: 10 – 20 business days
Western Europe: 10 – 25 business days
Rest of world: 10 – 25 business days

All orders are dispatched within 2 days and you will be provided tracking details.

Shipping and delivery may be shorter or longer from time to time depending on the speed of customs at the time of arrival. If you’re unsure about your order. We’re more than happy to help!

 

Weekend Orders

Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped by the following Monday. If you placed an order before 3 PM GMT on weekdays, your order would be shipped on the same day.

 

Taxes & Duties

Please note, the total order amount does not include local sales tax / VAT. In certain locations, if the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit an import tax / customs fee may be applied upon delivery. Spook & Whimsy does not compensate for these additional charges.

Shipping costs do not cover customs fees and these are your responsibility to pay. Please check with your local Customs Office for more information.

 

Tracking

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

Please ensure that you enter the correct email address upon checkout, otherwise, you may not receive the order and shipping confirmation email.

Receiving you orders

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please check the following:

  • Look for a pickup notice left by the courier
  • Check with your neighbors, friends and family members living at the same address.

Returns

Please apply for return within 7 days from the date you receive your package by emailing hello@spookandwhimsy.com. You have 30 days to send out your return package from the date you receive your package. Please note that earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

If the return request is submitted after 7 days or not submitted by email, your refund might be delayed and deducted for 10% of your order value.

Shipping costs and any duties or fees are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Spook & Whimsy will issue a refund only once we have successfully received your returned item and have verified that it is damaged. We cannot be held responsible for any return items that are lost, so consider using a tracked service when making a return.

Please note: we are not able to offer returns for items that are not damaged, so ensure you read product descriptions carefully before placing an order on the website to ensure you are fully aware of the size and quality of the item before you buy.

Once orders are shipped, we are unable to reroute deliveries and we cannot issue a refund while the package is in transit. We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please make sure all your shipping details are correct.

 

Order Cancellation

Kindly reach out to our customer support staff at hello@spookandwhimsy.com within 24 hours after you placed your order to request an order cancellation. Any enquiries after that time frame are not eligible for cancellation.

Defective Items

Please contact us at hello@spookandwhimsy.com within 7 days after you receive your parcel with a photo of the defective item and we will issue a refund or send out a replacement free of charge depending on your preference.

Refunds

All refunds will take 3-7 days to process once granted. Please be patient and allow the full 7 days before contacting us.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@spookandwhimsy.com

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
